Features
1. The water cooled chiller consists of a recumbent shell-tube condenser and a fin-tube shell evaporator. With
the advantage of concise structure, stable heat exchange, endurable efficiency and
easy maintenance, the water-cooled chiller is well known as an ideal unit for central air conditioning system.
2. Imported programmable logic control panel(PLC) is is used for the unit control system. The human machine
interface configures a large touch screen, which
provides easy and visual operation.
3. The unit control system adopts a reliable safety protection equipment.

Compressor
Three kinds of compressor are used: scroll one ,screw one and piston one. Normally over 50HP chiller is
equipped
with screw chiller. Usually, we use Sanyo or Copeland scroll compressor, and Fusheng or Hanbell screw
compressor.
Low temperature type chiller adopts piston compressor.
Pump
According different industries, we use different pump. Usually, we use cast-iron pump. If it’s used in food
industry, we will use stainless steel pump. In electroplating industry, we use chemical
pump which is acid-proof and alkali-proof. So it will be better to tell us what kind of industry you will use the chiller.
Condenser
Besides cooling tower, the difference between air-cooled chiller and water-cooled chiller is that air-cooled chiller adopts finned-type condenser while water-cooled chiller uses shell-and-tube condenser.
Throttling Device
Normally when the chiller is below 5HP, we use capillary tube as throttling device. More than 5HP we use
expansion
valve. Both these have excellent effect.
Refrigerant
Refrigerant, also called coolant, or Freon. The most common- used refrigerant is R22 which has high cooling
effect. You can also choose environment-friendly refrigerant as replacement, such as R407C,R134A and 410.

It can be used in blister industry, plastic industry, electroplating industry, electronic industry, fishery,
construction industry, machinery industry, chemical industry, hardware industry, jewelry processing,
medical apparatus and instruments, paper- making industry, bottle blowing, industry,laser, soldering,
